At Black Chapter, we want your experience to be the best possible.
If something doesn't go as expected, you can request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.

📅 REQUEST DEADLINE

You can request an exchange or return within:

⏱️ 7 calendar days after receiving the order

As provided in the Consumer Defense Code.

🔄 EXCHANGES FOR SIZE OR MODEL

We accept exchanges provided that:

  • The product has no signs of use
  • It is in perfect condition
  • With original tag and packaging

📌 The shipping cost for exchanges due to size or model is the customer's responsibility.

❌ RETURN DUE TO REPENTANCE

If you wish to return the product due to repentance:

  • The item must be unused
  • In perfect condition
  • With original packaging

After receipt and analysis, we will process the refund.

💰 REFUNDS

The refund will be processed according to the payment method:

  • Pix: refund via transfer
  • Credit card: chargeback on the invoice (operator's deadline)
  • Boleto: bank transfer

⚠️ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days after receipt
  • Send photos or videos of the problem

After analysis, we will exchange or refund at no additional cost.

🚫 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE

We do not accept exchanges or returns for products:

  • With signs of use
  • Washed or damaged by the customer
  • Outside the request deadline

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the request

📦 IMPORTANT

  • Products sent without prior notice will not be accepted
  • The analysis period is up to 5 business days after receipt
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges outside the conditions above
